Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions define the relationship, mutual rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer.
Buyer is every visitor of website www.urbanmatz.com that places a proper order.
Registration and Privacy
Seller agrees that all information which the buyer obtains in connection with the operation of the eshop, will be treated as confidential and that it can not be misused in any way, or does not provide unauthorized persons or third parties.
Orders without registration are possible.
All orders placed through the eshop on the website of the seller are binding. Conclusion of the sales contract the buyer confirms that he is familiar with these terms and conditions, including complaints procedure of conditions, agrees with them and accepts them.
Order is a proposition of purchase contract. The confirmation by the seller makes the contract. Buyer have to complete all required data and information.
The buyer will receive automatic e-mail confirmation of the order. All orders placed are binding. The order can be cancelled before its shipment. Request for cancellation must be communicated by e-mail without unnecessary delay. In case the order will not be lifted until the time of dispatch, and will be shipped, the customer may be required to pay the costs of shipping goods.
Seller reserves the right to limit the order of the buyer, for example by number of pieces in stock. If the goods are no longer available, or is completely sold out, the seller is obligated to immediately contact the buyer to perform cancellation of order (the contract). If the buyer paid already for the goods, the seller will refund the entire amount to cancel the contract immediately back.
Place of delivery is the address specified by the Buyer in the electronic order.
Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer upon full payment of the purchase price.
Completing the registration form, or a binding order in the website of the seller buyer agrees to collect personal information about the buyer's purchases in accordance with applicable legislation.
With all shipments, the Buyer must check that they have received the correct items, check that they have received the full order, and inspect for any visible damages incurred during shipping, immediately upon the receipt - all must be recorded with the employee of the delivery company upon delivery - if not then the claim won't be approved. Any defects discovered must be recorded on the delivery note and confirmed by the delivery company, otherwise claim will not be approved.
The Buyer must immediately notify the Seller through e-mail of any other defects discovered after unpacking the items.
Buyers' claims for damages must be based on the respective regulations of the Czech Civil Code and the claims regulations of the Seller.
Withdrawal from the contract
The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods. If buyer decides to do so, he has to send not damaged goods back to the address of seller on his own expenses.
Buyer in this case is not entitled to a refund of postage. After receipt of the returned goods, the seller return refund the amount involved, and the way corresponding to the selected payment for goods, unless agreed otherwise.
Shipping and import fees
Packaging is included in price of Shipping.
Goods will be sent within ten working days from receipt of payment, but usually as soon as possible.
Goods are delivered by delivery companies. Shipping cost is specified at time of purchase. Shipping to Finland with GLS is shipped to local Parcelshops.
Goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Online payments using PayPal payment, within which it is possible to pay by Credit Card or through PayPal account. PayU also possible.
Buyer will receive invoice on purchase on the eshop. The warranty period starts by date of receiving goods.
In case of pre-orders the buyer is informed of the expected date of delivery before sending the order. If the seller delays with the delivery of such goods, he shall inform the buyer. Buyer shall in that case be entitled to withdraw from the contract.
Sizes and Colours of the battle mats
There may be slight variations from the sizes and colours listed/showed on the pictures due to the nature of the materials used in manufacturing.
Rights and obligations
Rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer, which are not specifically regulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by Czech generally binding legal regulations, esp. Law no. 89/2012 Sb (Civil Code), as amended, and Act no. 634/1992 Sb. (Consumer Protection Act) as amended. We do EET: Podle zákona o evidenci tržeb je prodávající povinen vystavit kupujícímu účtenku. Zároveň je povinen zaevidovat přijatou tržbu u správce daně online; v případě technického výpadku pak nejpozději do 48 hodin.
Terms and Conditions become effective September 1st, 2015 and the seller reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.
